The ASSIST model
The ASSIST service at our fleet management company pairs you with a dedicated Client Support Specialist (CSS). This is your single point of contact for handling day-to-day questions and concerns from your drivers and staff about fuel cards, licensing, insurance, fines, vehicle ordering and other fleet-related items.

Parts are often heavy costs for which your fleet company is responsible. From shrinkage, overstocking to obsolete parts, this large, monthly expense weighs on your fleet’s shoulders, contributing significantly to financial loss.
Outsourcing your parts operation means that your parts contractor bears the monthly parts holding cost and takes all the risk.
As a professional Parts Supply and Management Company, our refined parts procurement process means lower costs for our customers, reducing risk and providing on-time parts delivery and procurement.

We’ll introduce ourselves to all your drivers and train them in the basics of our services and how to benefit the most from such training. When you hire new drivers, we’ll contact and train them also.

If you have a vehicle inventory pool, we’ll monitor it, notify you when inventory is too low or too high, and strategise with you on future orders. We’ll also coordinate the storage of your vehicles, assign available vehicles to new drivers, and handle any title and licence needs.

From safety checks to calibration, we ensure that equipment is running precisely as it should be. Digiworxshop has a wide range of services to ensure that your fleet complies with local legislation and regulations. We can even provide specialist training for your staff so you can be assured that your test procedures are being carried out properly.

Running a large scale fleet is a full-time operation, and good tyre management is an essential part of running your fleet efficiently. With our on-site tyre management service, we place an experienced team at your premises to manage all aspects of your tyre inventory and maintenance requirements according to a signed service level agreement.

Upon request, we’ll provide standard reports and executive key performance indicators (KPIs) on the fleet data of your choice.

We’ll address questions about regulatory changes, vehicle inspections, registration renewals, and business licences in certain provinces. With this information, we can then proceed with licensing renewals, etc., going forward.

Upon request, if one of your vehicles is damaged in an accident, we’ll review the options for vehicle replacement or repair and the approximate pricing and value of each.

If you’re a member of one of our partner fuel programmes, we’ll provide your new and replacement fuel cards, resolve any PIN issues, handle declined cards and answer questions about card usage.

If local authorities alert us to a fine involving one of your drivers or vehicles, we’ll notify the driver. If the fine isn’t promptly paid, we’ll contact you to determine the best method of resolution.

We’ll keep and maintain an up-to-date log of all your vehicles as well as the drivers assigned to each one.

If you don’t have a driver policy in place, we’ll help you develop one. We’ll even communicate it to your drivers upon request.
